Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our cookies are freshly made, perishable food, the following policy applies to all orders.
All sales final once confirmed
Once an order is confirmed and we have begun preparing it, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund of any amount paid before we confirm it and begin baking. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Problems with your order
Your happiness matters to us. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with details (and photos if possible), and we will make it right with a remake or refund at our discretion.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned using your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
